Rincon del Viajero Hostel

Hey guys, welcome to RINCON DEL VIAJERO, meaning welcome to the “Traveler's Corner”.  We are located on the northeast side of ZIHUATANEJO´s down town in one of the oldest and most traditional fisherman’s neighbourhoods: "La Noria", just off the banks of the Las Salinas Lagoon.  This lagoon connects to the ocean and the principal beach, where the pier is.  Our hostel is for those travelers who are looking for a lush, pleasant and relaxing stop in this fisherman's town; an oasis where one can forget about the stress of a long trip, and the worries of regular life, in an open and friendly environment. We are a traveler's home bordering the busy downtown, but here, the business of the town and nature coexist.  The hostel is a point of tropical and warm inspiration, meeting life, with yourself and other human spirits. A space such as this invites you to create, to share, and to learn of our own differences.  Language differences don't matter 'cause we can work to speak a common language and spend days creating art, talking, playing music, recreating, or just resting and enjoying an atmosphere where one can breath respect and freedom. This is a place where the art of living is the most important thing. It is a home, in a life way - it's a house of life and color.  Welcome home! We can't wait to meet you:

we'll always encourage you to enjoy a natural and simple life style while you're  here. We have bikes for rent, so you`ll be able to ride through the city in a cheap and fun way, or let us orient you with some routes that we know. Enjoy some surf tours which we organize each weekend to our favorite surf location; also on offer are snorkeling, camping, swimming or kayaking. Chinese Checkers, chess, and many other games are avalible.  Smoking and non smoking areas, the reader´s club, and the movie room are some of our latest additions.  We also have a  yoga retreat on a roof terrace, and some hamacas in "the relajarium", to invite you to dream.      NAMASTE.
